I had an old knee and hip injury which had been misdiagnosed by my GP, which Gill diagnosed on our first session and... remedied almost immediately. I have continued with monthly sessions with Gill and the impact that she has had on my well-being and mental health has been totally positive. My wife has also been seen by Gill for MLD treatment after surgery. I can’t positively review high enough, a safe and relaxed environment and highly professional. Gill knows her craft.read more

Gill is marvellous and lymphatic drainage massage is so effective! My inflammatory markers were raised and my kidney... was on stage 2 of disease and they have completely normalised since having lymphatic drainage massage with Gill. The lymphatic system is so overlooked and I’m so glad I’m taking care of it now for my health and well-being. I feel heaps better. Gills massages are wonderful. She is knowledgable and kind & makes me feel at ease every time. I highly recommend Gill to anyone and I certainly recommend lymphatic drainage massage with Gill. Amazing!read more

I have suffered with back and hip pain for many years. I have been seen by a number of physiotherapists, mainly at... Colchester Hospital, but with little success. I was referred to Gill by a friend and boy what a difference from the hospital physiotherapists. From the outset Gill actually listened to my concerns and worries. Gill gave me a thorough examination and quickly diagnosed problems developed from an altered walking gait to relieve my back pain, which had left me with hip, leg and back problems.I was amazed at how much better I felt following her treatment, my hip pain was gone & I was walking again without pain or limping. Gill gave me a list of exercises which I have followed religiously and they have really helped.I cannot recommend Gill enough.read more

Whenever I visit Colchester holistic health clinic it is always such a warming, wholesome experience.I’ve visited the... clinic for a range of treatments on my back and on my knee from sports injuries I’ve endured over the years; and although the treatments you may think may not be the most comfortable when you have a pain or problem, I always feel completely at ease in Gills hand. I am extremely happy with my experience at colchester holistic health clinic. I have been having manual lymphatic... drainage massages by Gill for 6 weeks now. I had surgery i had a lot of swelling and needed help draining my lymphatic system. Gill is amazing and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! I feel very safe and relaxed in her hands. I love having my treatments and feel like a new person after each one. Gill will only see you when necessary which means you dont end up spending unnecessary money! I needed lymphomatic drainage after a surgical procedure and Gill was perfect. She is amazing at her job and has so... much knowledge on the lymphomatic system. After each manual drainage I always feel so much better and can always notice a big difference in swelling. Also one time I couldn’t get anyone to look after my 4 year old son so I had to bring him with and Gill was so brilliant she gave him some toys to play with I really appreciated this. For some years now I have been visiting Gill whenever I have needed a therapy for one ailment or another! Gill has so... much experience and combines treatments lovingly for the good of Her patient, so much energy and kindness is put in Her work and She genuinely wants Her patients to get better.Gill's treatment room is Relaxing and Cosy its very Tranquil!
